International Shipping

Kindly note that order processing and shipment occur Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. All orders are dispatched from our North Carolina studio.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual product page, all orders are scheduled for shipment within one to two business days.

Upon the completion of packing and preparation for dispatch, a shipping confirmation email, inclusive of tracking details, will be provided.

We welcome any special requests, such as birthday messages, which may be specified in the comments section during the checkout process. We are pleased to accommodate your requests whenever possible.

To ensure seamless processing of your order, particularly for international shipments which may require additional information for customs clearance, we kindly request that you provide a mobile telephone number during checkout. This will enable us to contact you promptly should any clarification be necessary, especially as international shipping regulations are subject to frequent modifications. It is also required to be listed on the customs form.

Please be aware that we are not liable for delays in shipment caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, issues on the part of the designated mail carrier, customs clearance procedures, the remote nature of certain delivery locations, or security restrictions pertaining to orders addressed to military or diplomatic installations.

For our International Clients, we offer a secure and easy checkout process, including PayPal. 

It is essential that a valid mobile phone number, at which the client can be reached, is provided during checkout, as this information is mandatory for customs documentation.

We wish to clarify that all shipping expenses, as well as any applicable import taxes and customs duties, are to be borne by the client. Should a client decline to pay the requisite import taxes and customs duties, the shipping costs incurred will not be eligible for a refund.
