MINT BRULEE ships to most countries from our Studio based in North Carolina, United States

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Holidays.

All orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise noted. These details can be found on each product page.

As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.

• Complimentary Shipping Insurance. Package protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
• FREE UPS or DHL Worldwide Express Shipping (2 to 5 Business Days) on orders over USD $150, and tracking is included.
• Orders below USD $150 will be charged for shipping, and tracking is included.

Please note: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing time for any custom order or pre-order items. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather, issues on behalf of the mail carrier, customs clearance, rural locations, or due to the security restrictions of mailing an order to a military or diplomatic installation.

We offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and PayPal for international orders. We kindly request the customers to provide their phone number at which they can be reached. The phone number needs to be listed on the customs form.

All shipping costs, import taxes (where applicable), and customs duty (where applicable) are responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders, but we gladly accept international returns. Read our Return Policy.
