Canada and Mexico Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Worldwide Returns are stress-free and easy! To make a return, please email email@example.com to receive a return form and to learn more about return options available.
The original invoice and the return form must be included in your return package. Please fill out the form completely. Eligible, unworn merchandise can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the order ship date for a full refund. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return. Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
We tag our items with special tags or tamper-proof tags so that our customers can try on our products at home. If you would like to return your item for a refund, please do not remove the tags.
Exceptions: Gift cards, e-gift cards, downloadable/digital items, sale, custom greeting cards, and other custom-made merchandise or custom digital work are not eligible for a return or exchange. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.**
Please note: Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your return. Any unauthorized returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns made after fifteen (15) days of receipt will not be accepted.

Returns with our prepaid return label are available, and provide FREE Insurance. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
We do not process exchanges, even if it is for the same item in a different color or size. Many items sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original merchandise and then visit our website to purchase the correct item in a new order.
You will receive an email notification from us once your return has been processed completely. Returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 1 to 5 business days after we receive your return. Returns with other form of return will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
